This Epic Naturism Cinematic Trailer almost entirely compiled from "Expulsion from Paradise" (2001) movie Directed by Věra Chytilová. Beautiful cinematography from the avant-garde Czech film director and pioneer of Czech cinema.

This trailer was made with the only purpose - to blow someone's mind. The script and the footage were ready a long time ago, but it took me over a year to find the soundtrack with an affordable license that will really blow your mind.

The larger expense with all my previous naturists videos was the legal fees (to get it reviewed by an attorney to make sure no item contains any visual depiction of "lascivious exhibition(s) of the genitals or pubic area"), not the copyright licenses. But in this time, the soundtrack cost me all my saving and even more. Therefore this video was released without written attorney's-conclusion.
 
If there is any attorney that can provide the legal review of this video for up to $150, I will be appreciated.

Can you please make my post about Obsidian up (make it a sticky post) and ask the community if there any US attorney can provide a legal review for the video? There should be some lawyers on the board.

I've got an email from a Google legal department. They are concern about part from 00:59 to 01:02

I can remove this 3 sec, but I don't think the request is legal. In fact, I'm sure the request violates the First Amendment.

The actual email is:


"I'm contacting you today as we had received a complaint regarding child
pornography hosted on video "Obsidian - Epic Naturism Cinematic". After investigating that claim
we did not find the site content meets the legal definition of child
pornography."

However, they want a legal document from an independent attorney that the video does not contains the visual depiction of "lascivious exhibition(s) of the genitals or pubic area". They give me 7 days to come up with such.

I do and will do use children in all my videos because that's the only way to prevent my naturist content appears on the porno sites. 

I already spent $7,6k on the soundtrack license and can't use the more of the family budget for a legal review (that about $700 with my regular attorney). May be some independent attorneys on the forum who are prominent experts in First Amendment law can provide legal review can help me for free or provide discount?

The first amendement does not come into it. Google has no obligation to host your content, and they do not want to bear the legal burden of covering their ass. The first amendment protects your right to make and share those videos, not to have them hosted by YouTube.
It sure is nice of them to not blindly act on the complaint but investigate and find it to likely be clean. Sucks that you get the burden of legal fees if you want to prevent a takedown, but it is better than I would have expected a large site like YouTube to act.

I understand that.
People with youtube wants some reviews from the authority to protect their decision. This is a common practice.
I made this video "unlisted" on youtube to prevent additional "views".

Interesting the full version of the movie is on youtube and seems to of been left untouched admittedly it's all in Czech so I guess overzealous English speakers won't report it because they won't stumble on it.
