For me, it's probably Wham's "Last Christmas", not because I've ever given my heart away or lost it the next day, but because I like the idea of a fun skiing holiday!!  I also like it where the chorus echoes "gave it away" and I like joining in.  For carols, my fave is God Rest you merry Gentlemen.  I love the modal harmonies and the last verse descant is fantastic.  As a musician I love playing the accompaniment with gorgeous parallel triads (musicians will know what I mean!!)  :)

Anything by Manheim Steamroller or the Trans-Siberian Orchestra...both are a combination of rock/metal and christmas themed music, what else could you want? Other than than, probably It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas
