I used to do TKD as a youngster, but that was before my nudest days so I have never tried it naked. I feel that doing the practices in the nude in front of a mirror would be the same as doing yoga in the nude as it would let you, and your instructor, see how your body is moving. As both of them are about body control, just with different reasoning behind them.

I've tried a little bit judo this year, but not naked. ;)
Anyway, I don't think that judo is well suited for being practised naked, since grabing the kimono is a crucial part of the practice!

i did do boxing and mma style kikboxing till my motorbike crash :( 10 years of sport down the drain :(

Shame, but doing sport is never time wasted - I bet your better off for it than not.
