Its debatable whether this is a vampire movie but, Vampires Kiss is one of my favorites.
 


I like to think the vampire is real and responsible for the main characters descent into madness.  There are a bunch of little winks towards the old school Nosferatu in there too. 

Shadow of the Vampire is really good, but you hardly hear of it.  A Willem Dafoe vampire is awesome :happy

Only lovers left alive from Jim Jarmusch is one of my favorite vampire movies. It's artistic, interesting music, and a unique love story within the genre.
