What is even worse is that some members of the Naturists-UK group on Yahoo! think that Steve is a lunatic and he should be locked away from the rest of society if he does not obey the law.  Traitors!   :angry:

So you are saying that the judge should just toss the law because he doesn't like it?

If what he did was illegal (and that's a big if given that indecency laws are fuzzy) than yes, he should be locked.

The law ought to be changed because it's terrible, I agree. But it's not the legal system's fault it applies the law.

I do think that he has some sort of mental problems.  Here is a guy who's been released from jail several times and stripped naked the second he got out the door in front of the police officers knowing that they are bound by law to arrest him.  I think that our western societies' laws on nudity are unfair and should be changed; but I don't just deliberately antagonize the police when I know I will get locked up for it.
