I watched Otto with mom It was better than I expected

Was that "A man called Otto"? That was a great film!

Yes it was. I liked it a lot

Glad you guys like it, I haven't seen the English version but if it's similar to the Swedish original it explains the Swedish condition quite well.

Actually just watched this movie. It captured the Swedish one quite well but a bit more theatrical. Didn't like Marisol, to over the top. Tom hanks did a great otto

It would be cool to watch the Swedish one if I can find it dubbed in English (I presume it's not in English). I'm bad at subtitles because when I focus on the words and miss the movie.

Thanks for the recommendation!

Porco Rosso. Amazing animation and great story

Puffin

Barbie, second time I've watched it

The That time I got reincarnated as a slime movie. Too much anime movie cliche, but I liked the rest of the series
:)

I watched X and its prequel, Pearl. Both pretty good movies. New, modern scary movies with old fashioned, horror movie vibes. X felt like I was actually watching a 70s slasher and Pearl was very weird but in a good way. I recommend both of them for horror movie fans.

Is it worth watching even if I'm not interested in and never had any relation to barbies before?

Like is the movie good on its own

maxebers123

I'm always open to chat :)

Yes you don't have to know anything about Barbies in particular. It's kind of a mix between goofy comedy, social satire and philosophical points about sense of self, so some people might find it a bit tonally inconsistent but if it works for you it's a great film  :cheesy:
