Eh, it was too world-buildy for me, I know the books are like this too since I tried to read them before, but it's somewhat disappointing that nothing much really happens in the first film because it was basically about setting everything up for the second film. Great visuals, kinda lacking otherwise imo.

Ooh I’ve heard it’s good but tbh I’ve found myself disappointed with every recent movie of old franchises I like. Will have to check this out in the hopes that I’ll enjoy it.

Don't know if you can consider it a movie, but the "Lego Star Wars - Holiday special" is really nice. Just watched it with my friend tonight. It's great.

i half agree, as a stand alone movie it was nice, as a sequel it was abit disappointing.
what i missed the most is the cynicism and "inside jokes" between venom and Eddie.
also the new "venom" was a bit too sci fi horror character for me

Watched Shang Chi and Eternals during my period of absence on the forum. And I gotta say, I loved and enjoyed both in different ways. Still on constant debate of which I liked better, but I am sure that I enjoyed both!
