I've heard that American jazz/blues singer-songwriter and musician Melody Gardot sometimes performs with nothing covering her except her guitar.

When she was 18 she was hit and seriously injured by an SUV while cycling. It may be that she feels more comfortable without the friction of clothing, or maybe she was already into naturism before. I don't know.
