The Sun and Vitamin D: Are we becoming Morlocks?
« on: September 21, 2012, 09:45:28 pm »
So I stumbled across this article about the benefits of the sun and Vitamin D as well as the result of not getting sufficient exposure. It also delves into the media frenzy warning everyone that the sun will kill them. Very good read!

It is very important, 2 years ago since I did not go outside for long I had a vitamin D deficiency, combined with an iron deficiency this was not good for my bones and joints. The sun is VERY important, just don't take it too far and become that leather woman who was on the news.
