Squash is great,  especially baked with butter, salt & pepper and a little bit of nutmeg. Never played with one though . . . might break a toe if you tried to kick it into the goal.

It isn't an unknown sport in the US -- go to http://www.ussquash.com/ and have a look for a club in your area.
