I didn't have time to see all of it but from what I did see, there were interesting points. It was great too see the families bonding so much in the sauna and it made me wonder why it wasn't so common in other parts of the world. Also, I wonder if any women would give birth in a sauna today.

I really liked this video -- watched it all the way through.  Even though its primary focus was on the sauna its portrayal of social and family nudism was refreshing and inspiring.  If people in North America could become this mature about social nudity at the family level we wouldn't have so many problems at the societal level.  Simple public nudity could become unremarkable rather than a cause that excites denunciation from priests, pundits and politicians.

 I am fortunate enough to have a local YMCA that has a sauna. I use it almost 3 times a week. It is perfect to set my mind at ease and relax the muscles at the end of my training.
