adventure racing/ obstacle course racing

I was wondering if anyone did adventure racing/obstacle course races as there's a new race series that has come to South Africa called the warrior black ops obstacle race which I have entered and can't wait to take part in, its an 18km run with 30 obstacles similar to what the army does like crawling in mud under barbed wire,jumping over fire and climbing up ropes etc.I know it will take a lot of endurance but I'm looking forward to doing the race which is on the 3 August.

I have had my share of army obstacle courses, but 18 km and 30 obstacles sounds very challenging.

True northman I do agree that 18km with 30 obstacles in challenging but I'm looking forward to doing the race.
