Learning Sign Language?
« on: July 16, 2013, 12:54:31 am »
Well, I know two languages at least, and have started learning signage, the only thing is, how many people actually know it, and when would I really ever use it.......

Does anyone else know it, or know someone who does? (and yes I know just about every country has their own version of it)

Every country? You're actually underestimating the variations. There's more than that. :)

My sister knows QSL (Quebec Sign Language)

I learnt BSL (British Sign Language) at college. I was working at a playscheme with autistic children, and all of sudden, a lot of deaf children also joined. So I had to learn it quick.
I became aware of my destiny: to belong to the critical minority as opposed to the unquestioning majority.
