Here is a vid of the 1981 NZ movie "Goodbye Pork Pie". "Goodbye Pork Pie" is set in the spring (Sep-Oct) of 1978 and is about this young guy Gerry Austin who steals a yellow mini in the town of Kaitaia at the northern tip of NZ and has many wacky adventures driving to the other end of the country.
