Yeah Talisman is awesome. We are collecting all of the expansions before they cease production. Havent played any of the other FF games but Im keen to look into AH.

Check out Mice & Mystics. I absolutely love it.

I just got Imploding Cats on a friend's recommendation and it looks hilarious. Gonna have a naked game night to try it out.

just last weekend I played the Mesmora expansion to Arcadia Quest and it was a whole lot faster than the traditional play with you choose 3 heroes, power them through 4 difficult levels, and become the clan to conquer the kingdom. in Mesmora it is just choose 1 character and the first to reach lvl 16 while traversing through the dungeon wins. it gets harder because you end up unlocking hordes and the other players can screw you up with their treasure cards. the adrenaline I got from it was insane and the games were about 30-45mins a round.  :afro:

Being a huge Dragon fan myself, I'd have to go with the Dragonolgy board game. I've played it with a couple of people in the past, but it's collected dust for several years now. Can have up to 6 players on it and it's fun and informative...(if you like Dragons as topics) so yah. Maybe one day I'll have at least 2 or 3 people around to play it with again.

How has noone mentioned chess? Does Twister count as a boardgame too? How about Balderdash?

Risk (especially Risk 2210), Cludeo and The Settlers of Catan are great games. Has anyone played Therapy?

Which of Catan's extensions have you played with?

By the way, another good one I think is Dominion.
