Wow I never realised how much music sucks on my birthday  The only ok song that has been number one on my birthday is

There are many covers of this (including my own band) but I'm just gonna post the original as there are so many to choose from.

Well, most people here would go a step further in terms of getting rid of hot clothes.
And a single hot summer is not exactly evidence for climate change (and neither is a cold winter evidence against it), but I suppose an eco-blogger had to throw that in.

Day 36 – Favorite Christmas number one ever.

I wanted to go for something a little more Christmasy but looking through the list of Christmas number ones, there aren't actually that many that are about Christmas. So instead I am going with my original thought

I really like this one, even more than the original.



It also reminds of the great time before X Factor arrived. Good times. Happier times.

Not rightly sure how to interpret the question. It would be cool if there was an entry for favourite Christmas Song.
Also searching for number ones on a specific date going back to 'ever' is way too much of a pain (where's Casey Kasem when you need him) so I ran one search and came up with this one from 1997.
