I like listening to jazz while in a bar.

I actually like Glenn Miller - odd as that sounds. I think I like 20s to 40s jazz the best and modern jazzy stuff like Amy Winehouse and of course The Brian Setzer Orchestra.

I'm just getting into Jazz. My favorite artists are Caro Emerald and Thelonious Monk.

Miles Davis
Dizzy Gillespie
Sarah Vaughan
Nina Simone
Louis Armstrong
Billie Holiday
Ella Fitzgerald

and some of the youngies like Norah Jones, Mark Sholtez?

Norah Jones has recently done a jazz duet album with Billy Joe Armstrong from Green Day.  Now THIS would be quite interesting!
