Even if it was a sensual article, it still wouldn't be a big deal IMO. The fact that it was illustrating a serious problem in society and that people fixated on the partially exposed breast aspect is utterly and unfortunately predictable.

People can't get excited about the article without learning something of what it's about therefor I think it was genius on at least 2 levels as it will absolutely raise awareness of and get people talking about breast cancer.

Much the same way Good Morning America's Amy Robach's unfortunate discovery could be the best thing that has ever happened in the fight against breast cancer.
