Missouri mom charged after topless photo with daughter emerges

Anyone know what the court ruled on this case? It's bad enough these charges are being brought up but it would be much worse if the court goes against the family.

"Incident" took place 14-Nov. Charges filed 12-Dec. Unknown resolution - I'll keep an eye out because I am also interested to know.

okay... let me get this straight.  It's against the law to take a picture of a minor topless?? Why??  Here's Missouri law for child endangerment of second degree but I don't see anything about being topless or how it could relate to the law... http://www.moga.mo.gov/statutes/c500-599/5680000050.htm

But people can be bullied without anybody batting an eye? I seriously hope something was done for the son, because that's the real issue

I'm pretty stunned at this. The picture posted of teenage holding  deadly weapon is accepted though. You can see rape, murder, violence tv and film, but a female teen's nipples?? How ridiculous
