If I have to be ojective, I’d say The Room, although that movie is so bad it wraps around to become a true paragon of the medium.

This one movie called Dragon Wars or rather D-Wars. the dvd cover had two snake like dragons around a building about to fight each other.
But the movie is about humans trying to find somekind of artifact or something for like 2 hours. The dragons only appear in 5 mins and look so terrible in bad CGI.

I was going to ask if cult films that are so bad that they are good can be counted or not? The Room definitely would be in that category, but then is it then not 'bad' in the sense of the original question?

If you can get so much enjoyment out of the movie that another movie about making THAT movie gets made, it can't be counted.

I’m sure I’m going to get flak for these, my worst movies ever are:

1) Napoleon Dynamite... didn’t get it at all, and I love comedies!
2) Super Troopers... it was just super bad!

The only movies I really hate are the huge cgi fest mainstream movies that have almost no real substance.  For example the Pirates of the Caribbean and Transformers series.  Also any movies that try to portray what a "good" or "normal" family/individual looks like for example the family in Max.   

And just on general principle, The Adventures of Milo and Otis, is garbage.
