Just a salad, I'm on a diet

I figured that this board is for sport and health matters so I'm posting here (mods can move it if it's in the wrong place).

Here's the salad with the largest amount of calories I ever saw. After seeing that, you'll feel you have to eat extra healthy today just to counter-balance that. Do not watch after eating, you might not keep your lunch.

OMG -thats not a light salad - it´s a very "hard" salad. That has nothing to do with Diet.
A good dose, I had had enough for 1 week.

reminds me of some mcdonalds salad that actually had more calories in it, than a big mac(or whatever the double thing is called all over the world)
