I live in an area with too much light pollution to see them

I think we should have 1 night a year where the whole country switches most if not all of the lights off so we can see the night's sky. The majority of people will probably never experience seeing the night's sky and the Milky Way due to the amount of noise polution we have.
If you send me a message, I may take a while to respond or forget to reply, but I'm not intentionally ignoring you.

Delta

Like Earth Hour, except on a winter midnight to really maximize the amount of starlight that gets revealed? Call it Space Hour perhaps
Please send me a message on the forum before contacting me over IM. For best results, also mention what you want to talk about, I am not much of a smalltalker.

We're pretty lucky that we live far enough from the centre that we can still see so much. Some friends of mine took pics of the northern lights from their deck and it looks as good as if you were in the country

@nakedisnatural and @Delta that would be good but can you imagine how annoyed people would be if they turned off all the lights and suddenly the clouds came over? 😂

Is that Lego?

Yup.

I thought it was but wasn't sure because it must be newer designs that have come out since I last bought any... in the 1990s 👴🏻🥺

Went for another motorcycle ride Sunday this time we went east of the city. Quite different than the mountains

Fishandchips

Love that double rainbow, quite lucky to get that shot. Good scenery with it

Dylan

Took these last night, I just wish I wasn't in the city
