Instrument I wish I could play, no...but instrument I wish I could play better a resounding YES!  I wish I were better at the bagpipes...sadly it's hard to find a place to practice that doesn't get me thrown out or potentially shot at...

I play some of the conventional ones especially Bass and Piano, i think it would have to be drums or Saxophone.

Ocarina would be cool. Some small instruments could be nice in general - something you can carry with you.
