I've been doing a little digging, it looks like you can stream it on Discovery+ or rent it on Google if you're in the US:

In the UK it's available on Apple TV:

I've not found a way to watch it outside the US and UK but if I do, I will come back and update it here.

Ah that’s probably why I’ve not seen it on d+ if it’s only in the US on there.

Thanks for all the tips, nothing was avalible in my region, but i managed using windscribe VPN to watch it on tubi. It was pretty bad, kinda what you expect from TLC. But its fine to have in the background and the people on the show are always weird characters, so thats nice
