its a music festival in austria (in st. pölten, near vienna) which has a more alternative music line up (13.8.-18.8.)
its presented by a national radio station from austrian public radio ORF and called "FM4", which is known as a alternative rock and electronic station for a younger crowd. its partly english and german spoken with a high level of spoken words. same applies to the festival, except the words.

just came across this video again. its an action by an artist for a mutual experience of body, art and music. enjoying the moment and be free from everything (doubts, everyday life...) and somewhat a tribute to woodstock...
