For those of you who can't handle the increase in blood pressure, here's a quick summary:
There's been a mystery man walking around Topeka, Kansas naked over the past few days. Apparently, there are no laws in Kansas outlawing non-lewd public nudity(!). This CNN report documents the event and interviews a woman who goes through the typical "BUT WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS?!?" BS.

It is sad that the man is roaming by himself. How would people react if it were a group walking along with kids ? Wouldn't the impact be more conscience-raising ? At least, for once, the law recognizes the freedom of expression in Kansas!
