looks to me that the lifeguard is at fault rather than the pool centre. not only did they discriminate but he assaulted a 3 year old girl.

the most concerning thing IMO is that no charges have been filed against the lifeguard

The mother did press charges.

Mum and myself  think it's pure madness on behalf of the  lifeguard and the pool they should be made to give a public apology and pay for the damage  they done.
