If you view posting as a chore you have to perform to get access to PMs, you are going to have a hard time fitting in here. But yes, if you do not participate in the open discussion you will not gain further privileges.

the key here friend, is to have the urge to make friends in IYNO. This is what I did and it worked for me. There are lots of good people in here!!
