That's a huge gray area but I'd lean towards exhibitionism. It's supposed to draw attention to nudity instead of making it commonplace.
I think totally "exhibitionism", purely for entertainment. I don't see this as body freedom at all. As others pointed out, the green hair and nails are purely for showing off.
If she was actually about body freedom and true nudist type lifestyle, she would just walk around perfectly normal and going about her daily business, just in the nude. She would not draw attention to herself, as technically there is nothing to draw attention to - a body is just a body.
She was flaunting it and trying to shock people, that's not a positive thing for nudism I don't think.
