Book discussions

Usually in book clubs you have everyone read the same book in a given month and then discuss it with each other. Or at least, that's what Hollywood tells me, I've never been in a book club.

I thought we might try that but it might be too much with a whole book. So what do you think of short stories? Every week or two weeks (to be decided), one person of the club picks a cool short story we're all going to read and then we discuss it.
