This guy has been fighting his social anxiety - and as one of his steps towards overcoming it, he has visited a nude beach. Well done!

In this video he is reporting his visits and his feelings about them, leading over to general thoughts about nudity in Western (i. e. US-) society which I found very worthwhile and true.
