That article makes so much sense when talking about the benefits of being nude, especially in a social setting. The few times Ive been nude in groups I really felt very comfortable and not judged for anything at all.  Like for some physical feature, how I talk or the clothes I wear or anything.
That's a worthy activity, really feel that way
