If anyone can improve on my Google translate subtitles you can go to this site and create them http://amara.org because I speak no Russian and Google translate isn't designed for this even slowing the audio only helps a little. But from what I have translated the location is the Russian, St Petersburg end of the Gulf of Finland and it's about a group of naturists obliviously.
