Anyone into brewing beer, cider, or wine?

I've been brewing for about a year, mostly cider and wine. Does anyone out there brew, or want to learn?

I brewed some mead years ago for a project in my experimental archaeology class.  Turned out decent given the time I was working with.  Would like to try it again some time.

I used to brew wine a bit (I'm French, remember? haha). Mostly rosé because we drink it where I live.
I have the passion of taking care about grapeyards and the process of making wine.
If someone visit my area one day, I'll be pleased to show a few secret places and wine bottles

If I knew how to make homemade wine I woulnd't need to go buy it anymore LOL. But my friends do make their own homemade beer and moonshine.

We do at least one batch of wine per year.  Apple, grape, this year we are trying tomato wine.  When blackberries are in season I'll be trying my first go at blackberry brandy.  My all time favorite drink.

I just started brewing last year!  It's amazing!  So cheap and so delicious.  And with all these extra beers around, it's a fantastic way to make friends :-D
