The first vid shows the two characters casually walking around Berlin (?) naked.  Nobody seems utterly shocked, but certainly surprised and amused though

So is it legal to be nude in public in Germany then?

Not per se, but causing offense is, and try to explain to the authorities that you were not aware people might be offended by you wandering through crowded downtown areas naked.

Gallileo is a German pseudo - scientific television series on Pro7.
In the illustrated report of the issue has gone to what would be if we all were naked.
Even in Germany it is not allowed to wander around naked.
In the TV program extra authorizations were made for the TV.

I have not seen the full report, unfortunately.
Therefore, I can not say anything to the content of the film
