Running 100% walking just gets boring to me, but I usually turn running into a game.

I like walking, but would like to run, and have considered doing couch to 5K, but that's as far as I got. Ideally I'd like to complete a Parkrun by the end of the year, but quarantine kinda put my plans on hold, so any progress I made has effectively been reverted... :laughing

Honestly though, biking is my favourite as it's faster and more efficient than walking.

Biking is indeed faster and more enjoyable then walking. But I prefer walking to running.
