I'm thinking of purchasing a fitness/activity tracker, either a wristband or a watch.
The main features I'm interested in are:
- heart rate monitor during ordinary everyday activity and during vigorous intensity physical activity.
- distance measuring.
- speed measuring.
- long battery life.
I'm inclined to choose a water-proof one rather than merely a water-resistant/splash-proof one, but I'm not sure it's that important.
I also think a wristband is preferable since I believe it would be more convenient to wear and because I'm not interested in any of the extra features a watch offers.
Does anyone own a fitness/activity tracker? What are your thoughts on the issue?
