America had a show like this I know it got two seasons, but I'm not sure if it got cancelled after this year (speaking of which, I may watch it now)

Supposedly, "Dating Naked" is getting a third season, but all I know is hearsay.

Go ahead and watch the first two seasons, but don't try to watch them on VH1. (S1E3 was pulled due to a lawsuit that has since been settled or dismissed. I'd have to look) Season 1 can pretty much be watched in any order except you have to watch the last episode last, and the "lost episode" is really just the pilot. Season 2 changed up the rules and as a result, there is a continuity throughout the season.
