From James Cameron himseld, he confirmed there is going to be at least one more Avatar! Epic News!!!

Other news, Avatar is now the 2nd highest grossing movie ever! 2nd behind Titantic so James Cameron knows how to make movie money! $$$$ and that's only after 20 days so it's n courese to beat Titanic

Finally, do you guys know the scene where Jake and Neytiri were mated for life and you knew something was going to happen but then it drifted off. Well that was actually a removed sex scene, and it's now going to be put on the DVD as an extra, and apparently there's something to do with there USB hair, I don't know. But now we'll get to see how the Na'vi do it

I'm kinda dissapointed by a second movie because i thought this movie said all there was to say, i hope they're not gonna spoil what was a great movie by making two crappe sequels (matrix anyone?)

Just remember its made by the man who made Aliens and Terminator 2 - two of the best sequels ever.

Hi,
Thats nice to know.
Anycase it looks like its soon will pass Dark Knight.  Given not to many movies coming out it could actually approach record of Titanic.

RE-REVIEW OF AVATAR

Ok, I went to see Avatar again today as my friend hadn't seen it yet, and I wanted to see it again, because when I went to see The Dark Knight, the first time I was dissapointed too :45 but now its one of my favourite movies ever :345678 So I went to see if Avatar would do the same. Also, this time I was going to see it in 3D

First off, James Cameron has perfected the Art of 3D Cinema for now. Disney has taken a few swings at it, but its always been too enforced and all over the place. But Cameron has definitely hit a home run here. He uses it to enhance the visual art of Pandora, and it's just always their in the background, enhancing our viewing experience, if they weren't fantastic enough already :345678

As for everything else, still just meh :/. This time I realised that the ending in my view let it down. Everything was built up for a massive fighting climax, but I just wasn't feeling it

Overall, my opinion hasn't changed. Visually astounding but take away James Cameron's 12 long years of work to visually make this movie happen, and what have you got left?...

It's now number 1!
And yes it is the number 1 grossing movie of all time, but that doesn't count for inflation. When you do take infaltion in to acccount, it's only No.25 :S :345678

Going to see it again with the missus and daughter who had not seen it, in 3D again but this time on the big IMAX screen on which apparently details are more evident so hope to like it just as much second time.
