Your title under your name increases based upon how many post you do. That would be the fully dressed, nude with towel, etc. And your permissions to certain areas of the forums and the gallery just come from being active.

whatabout the colours of the dots?  yellow, blue, red, green etc?

From what I've worked out, the colours refer to permissions/usergroups

• Yellow - Normal
• Green - Staff
• Blue - Teens Area
• Red - Girls Area
