Who is your favorite writer?

My point is that I don't know what a Christian thriller is and am asking for clarifications. What makes it Christian? The main character have to be a Christian? It happens in Biblical time?

Wow, it seems that from my description of Randy Singer's work that some are confused, so let me try and eliminate some of the confusion. He writes about issues in modern day America (death penalty, creches, self incrimination, second amendment) and writes about them through a Biblical perspective. Can you elaborate on that? Not about what the Biblical perspective is but on how it shows in the books.

The plot focuses on the intersection of law and biblical principles. For example, one of the books focuses on whether grace or justice is to be shown to parents who are discipling their son in line with their religious beliefs.
