The issues they told me about are more on the production and finance side of things. It seems like they had the product idea but wanted to hand it off to someone who wanted to run with it. Honestly that would be something some resorts might be willing to pick up. So they front loaded for a website and then dropped the idea off, no one came by to pick it up because it looked like it was structured at the time and honestly it was. The investors/"people running the show" lived in france and never were able to make it work. The seamstress they were using had gotten breast cancer and she has now had difficulties using her hands. This isn't the best news for a company that might hit good strides if it just gets the name out.
