Movie "The Workshop"

I saw this movie yesterday, and I found it quite interesting and intriguing.  @Glen Donnelly will probably love it as he's been going through something quite similar with his nudist journey.

Directed by well-known photographer and former musician Jamie Morgan, it is a 10 day adventure into a workshop facilitated by life coach and yoga master Paul Lowe about opening up to your sexual self and taking you right back to basics as a person in a social and spiritual sense.

I remember watching it and the one lady who looked to be in horror when Paul said" now everybody take off your clothes" . You could see the shock and reluctance on her face
