I have found out that my choice that i have been more against than I acted  like I was in my nudist "career" may have been smart.

I am a closet nudust, and I found out something disheartening to the point that I'll never tell my family. My dad's fiancee has a nudist family member (that I just heard of).

How is this an issue? Well, he's considered the crazy uncle. He is an extremist when it comes to nudism. He won't leave his house due to a hatred of clothing, and answers the door nude. These secound I could get under certain cercumstances, but the first isn't the worst. He has pornagrophy all over his walls.
I do not know if it is "true" porn or nudist/naturist photos, which I don't know what to say about either way. (I could understand actual artwork.)

With the only open nudist bein regarded as truly crazy, I know I could not sway my family. With the marige coming up, I also don't want to cause any extra "oddities" to this two family home.

I will stay a closeted nudist, but I will stop being nude at any point besides sleeping.

I don't know what you should do. I think someone who covers their walls with anything is usually obsessed with that thing. So for your uncle it's become an end in it self rather than means to an end like it is for most of us if I'm being nice about it he clearly has problems.

Like you said, it could jut be art and the people telling you "he has porn plastered on his walls" *SCANDALOUS!* could just be overreacting. 

But what can you do about you're families perceptions of it all?  That sucks man.  I can understand your not wanting to rock the boat.  I'm in a similar situation myself at the moment.

I agree with Daniel that the uncle does not seem to be the best example. Say someone is into body building, and they refuse to go outside because they might run into people who are out of shape, and they cover all their walls with pictures of random muscular strangers, what would we conclude? The same analyses can be inferred for the uncle in question.

I may still go nude at times. whatever the best choice is, it's  hidden from me at the moment
