Any Artist's?
« on: December 10, 2016, 03:09:50 pm »
So I thought I'd share some of my drawings I have done, they are nothing special, but I have always loved drawing animals. Would love to see other people's art. So please share.

Graphic design and intaglio printmaking mainly. If I do draw I use pen; I personally prefer the darker tones and messier look you can get. Nice drawings btw!

I do some art, even though I'm still learning.

I'm a graphic designer, most of my creative energy gets spent at work, which is fantastic. But that leaves less time for personal projects, when I do get to it, I love doing wood block prints the most.
And i won't post it, but I was pretty proud of my wedding invitation suite that I designed. Incorporating computer design and traditional art techniques. The printer I used has it featured on their website here http://laughingowlpress.com/print-portfolio/2015/11/11/project-594

This one here is using the Provincetown white line style, it was a gift for my mom of our cottage by the beach.

Man, you guys are good! I love how unique the art styles are.

I draw a bit, but have not been into it as much as lately. I draw sketches with pencil and paper, then trace them in using Gimp and my Bamboo Pad. Would love to take a drawing class at the college close to where I live so I can focus more on traditional and less on digital.

Wow, you're good!
I used to draw but I had a hand injury so I only take picture instead, try to be creative by other means :)

Awesome drawings! I love your technique, the way you use the line and how nicely it flows :)

I only do art as a hobby, mainly painting on canvas. I'm not amazing, but I do enjoy it and to me that's all that matters. If I can find some of my pieces of work I'll share them here
