Woohoo!!!!
Going to see John Mayer in May! Turns out a mate used to be part of the fan club still gets the fan club emails, and therefore the prerelease ticket code! Woohoo! Wembley here I come!

AHHHH you SUCK!!! haha i so badly want to see him live, had a friend who went on Friday and she said it was incredible. SO JEALOUS!  :0988

If I really wanted to rub it in, I would say this would be my third time! Hammersmith Apollo, Royal Albert Hall, and next Wembley Arena!

The best concert I've experienced was Dir en grey in Dresden.

Great atmosphere, great fans and great band.

Great was the concert of Die Toten Hosen last year, even though I had a little quarrel with such an idiot.

dir en grey is one of the bands i REALLY want to see, a mate of me has seen them about 6 times already and i'm sol jealous

Dir en grey you should have seen live. It´s a great band

I saw a great show of her - if you have the chance to see her, don't hesitate. She has power!

Sorry it was the wrong quote!
I wanted to quote my answer:
I meant the concert of Stefanie Heinzmann

In the last month-and-a-half I've been to Trans-Siberian Orchestra (Beethoven's Last Night Tour 2010), Taylor Swift (Fearless Tour 2010), and Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood (An Evening with Colin Mochrie and Brad Sherwood).

:66664333 :543 :543 Metallica were so impressed that 13 Australian shows in November sold out within an hour of going on sale to the general pubic, that they have announced they could come to Australia before their Japan leg of the tour and put on a 4th Sydney show!!!! The 4th show is on 18th September, that's right, 2 full months before the official Australian tour. Best bit about that news is as a MetClub member I got onto the member pre-sale code and site where I got 4 tickets in prime position!!!! I'm stoked! As are 3 of my friends :)  :543 :543 :66664333 :66664333 :63424 :63424 :63424

The best show of my life happened this year, in February. I traveled to Rio de Janeiro only to see Bat for Lashes and Coldplay. 2 of my favorite bands together.

That was a perfect day for me.

Bat For Lashes and Coldplay on the same stage? Nice!
Is Natasha Khan's voice live as great as it is on cd?

Now i'm jealous, i want to see Bat For Lashes!!
Her voice reminds me of some great sixties, seventies and eighties singers like Grace Slick (Jefferson Airplane), Nico (The Velvet Underground) and a little bit of Kate Bush

Wow it's been a week already, but last weekend saw the return (after 6 years) of Metallica to Sydney! What an awesome gig, they rocked big time!!!!!!

We missed the first support act 'The Sword' due to fulfilling our duties at the bar (get a couple in before the show, you know) though we did managed to get there in time to see 'Fear Factory', but they weren't anything to write home about. Then Metallica took the stage for 2.5 hours of doing what they do best. Had great seats, and I've already downloaded (legit from their site) the FLAC tracks of the gig! Brilliant!

Seriously thinking about going again in November if I can for one of the last shows on their 2.5 year "Death Magnetic" world tour.

I took this pic with my crap phone camera, but you get the idea of where we were.:)
