The NY Topless Pulp Fiction reading society has a nude yoga club!

"Naked in Motion is an organization that seeks to provide safe, inclusive spaces where people can exercise in the nude. NiM offers Naked! Yoga and Pilates classes in New York City to encourage body positivity and offer participants a unique experience of freedom. However, it’s about so much more than just getting naked in front of strangers. It’s an immersion in a counter-cultural social movement that challenges three important aspects of the status quo: a society that tells us our naked bodies are inherently shameful; media imagery and messages that assert that only certain kinds of bodies are beautiful; and a patriarchal culture that values whiteness, heteronormativity, and cisnormativity. And we're challenging the very definition of "Naked!" in favor of equity, allowing women to wear bottoms for any reason and transgender participants to make use of anything they need to affirm their gender."

There are three classes one standard class, one couples class, and one for women/trans only class. The cost is usually $15 but it appears that might change based on the class structure. "Nudity is mandatory, but women have the option to wear bottoms for any reason" which really means nudity is mandatory for men. The way that it is stated on the site makes it seem like they want you to finish the class completely nude but if the option to wear something to start is what gets you in the door then that is what they are pushing for. I think it is contradictory to give women this option but hey it's their policy.
They say they get about 50/50 in the gender department for the co-ed classes so this is a good sign for further development. The erection policy is standard for what we expect of nudists but remeber this isnt a orginization that claims to be nudist.
This is downtown New York so who knows how big this is going to end up getting in a few years!

Respectfully, this is the opposite of equity. I can understand the argument of allowing bottoms as an exception during a woman's period, but allowing women to wear bottoms for any reason whatsoever while not giving men that same choice is clearly discriminatory.

There is actually quite a bit of nude yoga in New York. Aaron Star starting Hot Nude Yoga there like a decade ago or something. Every time I am in NY I am always googling for schedules of nude yoga.
