Cities: Skylines is probably my favorite city builder so far, Though I have never completed a city, lol. Has anyone else played Cities: Skylines.

Yeah I played it a bit but don't have my computer anymore. Traffic always ended up a problem no matter what you Did as a traffic planner.

I have never got to the point where traffic becomes a problem.

It was always pretty hard to get a city started but after a while you almost had too much money. Which is a bit different to what councils deal with in real life. I suppose the game never really dealt with maintenance of parks and other things a lot beyond the upfront cost. You also didn't have to deal with social housing and programs which real world councils do.

I don't know why, but at the very start of the game, it can be easy to go bankrupt. Because you don't have that much money to begin with and things like electricity and water is expensive to build.

I have been playing it from the start. As a city builder it one of the better ones. Missed a few things at the start but the developers keep developing the game and the expansions have been great. bankrupting your city is one thing that I haven't enounted in cities!!

I've played it for a few days, and have a somewhat built city that I stopped working on when I decided to go back to fps games on PS4.

I played it for a bit and loved it! But the traffic was a huge issue. I found a mod that basically disabled traffic issues, and that made it better, but it just didn't have enough variety in the buildings. One day I'll go back and add in all the mods that have added new buildings.
