Second Life is a massive, online virtual world. Think "The Sims" but behind each avatar is a real person controlling what they say and do. Yes, there is a Naturist movement in the virtual world of Second Life. It gives people an opportunity to try it out in a safe environment and see how they feel without taking the plunge.
In Second Life, I'm in charge of two naturist marinas as well as over 100 privately owned residential islands. People "live" there and login to spend quality time hanging out with their friends, sailing, flying, or just chatting around a campfire. Some have been in SL for years, including myself.
There's mountains, forests, oceans, rivers, town and villages to explore. And you can make your avatar resemble anything you want, although most people try and make them look like their real life counterpart.
It takes a but of time to get used to using the controls but it's totally worth it.
Oh, and did I say, it's all completely free?
Here's a couple of photos I took recently while in the marina.
