It doesn't take a big yellow excavator to unearth music by artists like Common, Talib, Rakim, J.Cole, etc..

Then again, I'm an old f*** that grew up when mass market hip hop was still quite nice.  2Pac.  B.I.G.  vintage Busta, NAS, Wu Tang, Canibus.  Almost tempted to throw DMX into the mix..  haha
